Alcove contains a comprehensive list of trucking companies by default.
Note:
Please read here how you can add a tracking number and choose a freight carrier from Alcove's list to monitor the status of your shipment.
Add a new Freight Carrier
To add a new freight carrier, please follow the steps below:
Go to your Profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
Navigate to the Freight Carriers section and click on View List.
Press on Add Freight Carrier at the top.
Fill in the Company and Website and click on Save.
Edit or Delete a Freight Carrier
Note:
You cannot edit or delete the default freight carrier list. If you add new freight carriers, you can edit or delete them.
To add a new freight carrier, please follow the steps below:
Go to your Profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
Navigate to the Freight Carriers section and click on View List.
Search for the freight carrier you'd like to modify or remove.
Click on the Edit or Delete icon to make the desired actions.
