Using the DocuSign integration with Alcove will allow you to:
Easily collect a signature on a project estimate or invoice.
Store the signed contract safely inside your DocuSign account.
To use DocuSign to collect a signature on an estimate, please follow the steps below:
Click the Financials button on the left-hand menu inside Alcove.
Click the Estimates button.
Navigate to the estimate you would like to send through Docusign.
Click the estimate number to open the estimate.
Scroll to the bottom of the estimate and click the button "Send with DocuSign"
A warning will pop up on the screen, prompting you to confirm when you are ready to send the document to the client. Click the "Confirm" button when you are ready.
Please Note: When you click "Confirm", the document will be forwarded directly to your client for signature. Before sending your estimate or invoice through DocuSign, please ensure that all details are accurately finalized. Verify the client information displayed on the estimate or invoice to confirm that the document will be sent to the correct e-mail address.
After clicking "Confirm," the document will be forwarded directly to your client for signature.
You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your DocuSign account to verify that the document was sent successfully.

Click the Financials button on the left-hand menu inside Alcove.
Click the Invoices button.
Navigate to the invoice you would like to send through Docusign.
Click the invoice number to open the invoice.
Scroll to the bottom of the invoice and click the button "Send with DocuSign".
A warning will pop up on the screen, prompting you to confirm when you are ready to send the document to the client. Click the "Confirm" button when you are ready.
After clicking "Confirm," the document will be forwarded directly to your client for signature.
