This article is to help users of Houzz Pro export a list of products for any project in the right format so that it can be quickly uploaded to Alcove.
IMPORTANT: The images exported from Houzz Pro will expire within a few hours of exporting the file. If you wait longer than that to upload your file, your product information will upload but without images.
Login to your Houzz Pro Account and click on the project you want to export.
Go to Selections and then click on Type and choose Product.
3. Multi-select the products and click on Export export in the top right and choose the Download as Excel option.
4. In the modal, select the Custom radio button.
Make sure that the following options are selected for each drop-down menu:
Item:
Title (client facing)
Original Title
Image Link
Status
Note: You need to:
de-select Image
select Image Link
Details/Info: All
Pricing: All
Accounting: All
Schedule: All
Additional Info: All
6. When you have selected the right options in each drop-down menu and your modal window looks like the one below, click the Download as Excel button in the bottom right.
7. You should get a confirmation that the file is being emailed to you. Check your email to download the file.
