Sync and Set Up Your Gmail Signature in Alcove

Your email signature is a powerful tool for adding a professional touch to your messages and providing important contact information to your recipients. In Alcove's system, you can easily sync and set up your Gmail signature to ensure that it is included in every email you send.

Note: You must have a signature selected in Gmail already for this option to appear in Alcove.

To sync and set up your Gmail signature in Alcove, follow these steps:

  1. Open the main menu by clicking on your Profile image at the top right of your screen.

  2. Click Account

  3. In the Account tab, click on the Manage Google Connection section.

  4. In the Email Signature section, you should see an option to enable your Gmail Signature. Enable the toggle.

  5. Select the Signature default settings for all future emails you send from Alcove. You can select:

    1. All Messages

    2. On Reply/Forward Only

    3. New Messages Only

  6. Alcove will now apply your signature to all future emails per the settings you choose.

Note: If you don't have a Gmail signature, you can create one by following these steps:

  1. Open your Gmail account and go to the Settings page.

  2. In the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.

  3. Enter the desired information for your signature, such as your name, title, and contact information.

  4. Use the formatting options to customize the appearance of your signature.

  5. Click on the Save Changes button to apply your signature to all future emails you send from Gmail.

Once your Gmail signature is synced and set up in Alcove, it will be automatically included in every email you send from the platform per your settings. This ensures that your signature is consistent and professional and helps your recipients easily contact you with any questions or concerns.
