Syncing your Gmail account to your Alcove account will allow you to:
organize your emails by projects and products for better visibility
assign the attached documents to projects and products so that you can easily find them
import your contacts so that you can easily access client and shipping options while working on projects
quickly send emails with attached product PDFs from Alcove
send quotes and information to your vendors, receivers or contractors
To sync your Gmail account to Alcove, please follow the steps below:
click on the Messages option at the top of your left menu
press the Sign in with Google button
choose your account from the options displayed by Google
Note: Make sure to select the email that you used to create your Alcove account, these must be the same to enable the sync.
Follow the next prompt and click Allow
At this point, your email and contacts will begin to import. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of your Gmail account.
Note: You can revoke Gmail sync with Alcove at any point. For that, click on your Profile icon, then go to the Account tab. Finally, press the Revoke Google Access From Alcove button.
