Share Products in a Custom PDF

Create a customized PDF to share with vendors, clients, contractors or other stakeholders & send it quickly as a link or attachment.

You can create a custom PDF on the Product Status page by either:

  • Clicking on the three-dotted menu on the Product Status page and choosing Share and then Create PDF

    • You can choose to create a PDF from all products in your project or just those currently filtered on the page

  • Selecting the checkboxes for multiple products on the page and then selecting the Share icon from the multitask bar and clicking Create PDF

  • Clicking on the Share icon on the Order page

  • Clicking on the Share icon on the Product page


Once you open the Create PDF menu, you can choose between two different view options:

  • Table View - Multiple products per page: Depending on the fields selected in the customization

  • One Product On A Page: This view will allow more field options

For either view, you can click the Customize button to adjust which fields you want to show and update formatting to group by rooms, include a logo or other information:

Use toggles to enable/disable certain fields in your PDF document:

To save your PDF as a template, please fill in the name for your template in the top right field and press Save.
