Benefits of a Vendor Page

  • Gain insight into your vendor collaboration with high-level statistics

  • Access a comprehensive list of all vendor orders

  • Easily view and manage your ordered products, including the ability to save favorites

  • Create up to two Vendor representative contacts and automatically sort related emails and attachments into a designated folder.

  • Save important details such as return address, preferred payment methods, trade discounts, and default terms.

  • Incorporate vendor-specific notes and more to enhance your experience.

To access a Vendor page, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Alcove account and click on the Vendors icon located in the top right next to your Profile icon:

  2. Click on the Vendor name to open its corresponding page.
