How to Create an External Page for Your Receiver
Log into your Alcove account.
Navigate to the desired project and open the Overview page.
Find the External Pages section.
Choose the specific Ship to Address for which you want to create a live view.
Utilize the toggle to activate the live view for the selected address.
Copy the unique link generated and share it with your receiver. OR you can send the link via email straight from Alcove if you have the Gmail sync enabled:

Your receivers can access the unique link without the need to log in or create an account.
Updates Your Receiver Can Communicate
Below you can see a list of actions your receivers can make while accessing a Live Product View.
Note:
Each change triggers a real-time notification in your Alcove account.
You can customize these notifications by clicking on the Settings icon.
Set Delivery and Install Dates: Specify dates for product delivery and installation.
Product Status Updates & Tagging: Mark products as inspected, damaged, or installed.
Add Receiver Notes: Include specific notes related to the received products.
Upload Product Images: Share images of the products for better clarity (especially if a product is damaged).
Access Tracking Information: View tracking information if it has been added to the product.
