Add a Client Contact to your Project

Add a client to your project in Alcove to keep all relevant contact information in one place and streamline communication with your clients.

To add a client to your project in Alcove, you can follow either of these steps:

  • Click on the Add a Client button on the Overview tab of your project

  • Go to the three-dotted menu in the top right, select Edit Project, and then navigate to the Client tab.

From there, you can select an existing contact from your list or add a new contact by clicking on the Plus button in the top right.

Once you have added a client to your project, you can view their contact information on the Overview page.

If you need to contact your client, simply click on the Mail icon next to them. A compose window opens in Alcove, allowing you to send an email directly to your client without switching to a different application.
