Note:
If you are still on the free trial and haven't subscribed to a paid plan, you don't need to cancel anything – your trial will simply expire.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to cancel your Alcove subscription:
Click on the Profile icon located in the top right corner of the Alcove app interface.
From the dropdown menu, select the Account tab.
In the Account section, scroll down to find the Alcove Subscription segment.
Click on the Manage option.
Click on the Cancel Plan button to proceed with the cancellation process.
Take a moment to review your decision.
If you are sure about canceling, confirm cancelation.
After this step, your Alcove subscription will be canceled, and you won't be billed for any future periods.
Note:
If you have a paid subscription and you choose to cancel, you will continue to have access to the features until the end of the current billing period.
