Note:
To request quotes via Alcove you must first complete a verification for our Purchasing Program. Follow these steps to ensure eligibility.
To request a quote for a product in Alcove, please follow the steps below:
Log into your Alcove account.
Navigate to your project in the left-side menu.
Access the Procurement tab and go to Product Status.
Choose the specific product you wish to request a quote for; this will open the Product Details page.
Inside the Product Details page, locate and click on the Quote section.
If the product qualifies for the Purchasing Program, a message will indicate eligibility. Click the Request Quote button.
*Note: In order to request a quote for a product, a Verified Vendor that is eligible for Alcove's Purchasing Services must be assigned to the product*
Complete the required product details to finalize your quote request.
Hit Submit Request when ready.
Note:
Please allow the Alcove Team some time to process your quote request. Once your quote is prepared for review, you'll receive a notification and can access it in the Quotes tab within your project.
