Once you have received a Quote Response from Alcove, you can review this quote in your Quote Summary list or in the Product Page under the Quote tab.
To accept or decline your Quote, please follow the steps below:
Log into your Alcove account.
Navigate to the relevant project.
Access the Procurement tab and click on the Quotes page.
Choose the Quote with a Response Received status.
Click on the Quote number to review details.
Select either Accept Quote or Decline.
Note:
If you decline a quote, no further action needs to be taken, but you can always request a new quote for the same product later.
If you accept a quote, the Alcove Team will proceed to add the product to an Alcove Order for your review before submitting for payment.
