You can add a lead time to your product:
from the Product Status page by clicking on the Clock icon next to the respectful product.
Note: the Clock icon next to the product is greyed out until you fill in your Lead time.
from the Product or Product Status page by clicking on the Order date and scrolling the window.
To add a lead time, type in the number and choose if the time is indicated in:
days
weeks
months
Or you may also choose no lead time for this product.
After you apply the changes, your lead time is reflected when you hover over the Clock icon. If you already have an Order date for the associated product, you can see a projected Ship date indicated under the Clock icon. Feel free to update the Ship date to match Alcove's estimate.
